Pay Your Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Use any of our secure payment methods below. We'll send a receipt immediately.
Arrive & Enjoy
The balance is settled on arrival or the day of the experience. Your guide will be ready, your vehicle confirmed, and your Colombia adventure begins.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Free Cancellation — 72+ Hours Before
Cancel more than 72 hours before your scheduled experience for a full refund of your deposit, no questions asked.
Partial Refund — 24–72 Hours Before
Cancellations between 24 and 72 hours before the experience are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit paid.
No Refund — Less Than 24 Hours
We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time. However, we will always do our best to reschedule for another date.
Weather & Force Majeure
In the rare event that an experience must be cancelled due to weather or circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a full reschedule or complete refund.
