How do I book a private experience?
Simply reach out via WhatsApp (+57 316 285 9595), fill out the contact form below, or click 'Book Now' on any experience page. We typically respond within a few hours and will confirm your booking, arrange any deposits, and share all the details for your experience.
What is the best way to pay?
We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via our secure Bold payment link, and bank transfers. A deposit is typically required to confirm your booking, with the balance due on arrival or the day of the experience. Head to our Payments page for full details.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48–72 hours in advance for standard experiences, and 5–7 days in advance for multi-day packages or custom itineraries. For peak travel dates (December–January, March–April), earlier is always better. That said, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.
Are your experiences available year-round?
Yes — we operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Colombia's climate means there is no true 'off season', though the driest and most popular months are December through March and July through August. Medellín's eternal spring climate makes it wonderful to visit any time of year.
Do you accommodate solo travelers, couples, and groups?
Absolutely. Our experiences are fully private and designed for any group size — from solo travelers and couples to families and corporate groups of 20+. Pricing and logistics are adjusted accordingly, and we can create entirely bespoke programs for larger groups.
